Attendance

• Carla is the overall in-charge of follow-ups to Batch Representatives (from 1998)

Solicitation Letter

• Judith is the overall in-charge of solicitation letters
• Bank account number is 5540052529 with account name Bicol Regional Science High School Alumni Association Inc. This must be posted in the website on Monday (November 17, 2008).

T-shirt

• Gina is the overall in-charge of the t-shirt fee and t-shirt size.
• T-shirt fee is Php 100 - 150. Update from Budz as of November 17, 2008: last price for the t-shirt c/o Ate Pipin is Php 115
• Submission of t-shirt size to batch representatives is on November 22, 2008.
• Color of the t-shirt is apple green with print at the lowermost left part of the shirt stating the batch and at the back:

“Nagkirita na kami!”

Audio Visual Presentation (AVP)

• AVP  will run for a maximum of 10 mins. Batch representatives must ask the batch what song they will play while the AVP is running.
• For Batch ‘98, Ryan is in-charge and scanned pictures from Logie and Carla must be submitted to Ryan.

Batch Presentation

• Batch reps to remind the batch that they should prepare a presentation to be performed on December 27, 2008.
• For Batch ‘98, it is being suggested that Marvic and Cyril will be in-charge.

Food

• Batch reps to discuss to batch that food is potluck.
• Batch ‘98 will be in-charge of the food for the guests.
• Blanchie, Joresa and Cheryl Ann are the overall in-charge of the food.

Registration Fee

• Suggestion: Php 200 for Batch 98, 99, 00, 01 and Php 100 for Batch 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08.
• Judith is overall in-charge of the registration fee and Michelle Revilla is in-charge of the receipt for the registration fee.

Sound System

• Joe is overall in-charge of the sound system (lights and sounds during the activity in the morning and at night).  Update should be given latest last week of November.

Amazing Race

• Hanzel is overall in-charge of the amazing race with 5 pit stops.

• Should ask permit from the city government for the conduct of the race c/o Jeff

Program

• In-charge are Roger, Cel, Marvic and Jinky.

Morning Mass

• Atty. Arminda Pintor will be in-charge of coordinating the mass with the church.
