Points Discussed:

  1. FoodLunch - coordinate with Jollibee/other available fast food chains available to sell lunch right after the General Assembly on the morning of December 27.  For this corresponding booth(s) will have to be placed by the fast food chains at BRSHS.  This needs to be coordinated to Gina/Joe/Jeff, whoever is willing to be in-charge.Dinner - plan is to assign dish per batch, payment for which will be shouldered by the batch and that the batch needs to ensure that the dish to be served will be sufficient for all the attendees of the homecoming including guests.  A caterer will also be hired during the night of December 27 to render service as well as provide utensils ONLY; ways and means committee to contact prospect caterers for such purpose.
  2. T-shirt

Funding for the t-shirts will be coming from contributions per batch.  Batch representatives/heads will take charge of collecting payables from their respective batch.  Color coding will also be effected; need to coordinate with Novo for available colors as well as pricing but suggestions are still welcome for other t-shirt brands that we can avail possibly with lower price but of good quality.  For the t-shirt printing, it is being suggested to open it to current BRSHS students so that they can also be involved in the event.

  3. Raffle Tickets

    1st Prize                         -          Php 5,000
    2nd Prize                        -          Php 3,000
    3rd Prize                         -          Php 2,000
    Consolation Prize            -          Php 500

Note: Recent development is that this will not push through according to Gina.

  4. Audio Visual Presentation Per BatchEach batch needs to prepare audio visual presentation to keep the audience informed about the batch.  Pictures can be presented and each batch should also present batch achievers (board passers, etc.).  AVP is to run for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Solicitation Letters

Each solicitation letter has a control number for monitoring purposes.  For batch 98, each member will be given 15 letters while for the other batches, 200 to 300 letters per batch will be given.  Solicitation letters have already been distributed to some batch 98 members last September 6 while the rest of the letters will be distributed to the other batches on September 27.
