- The race will be within Ligao City only. Physical and mental challenge await each team. (comment by jinks: naks naman! he he)
- The rules of the race will be posted in the alumni website a week before the homecoming event.

4. Things to Prepare
- Audio Visual Presentation - Batch AVP
- presentation (max of 10 minutes)
-inform Ryan Redillas of Batch ‘98 of the chosen song for the AVP to avoid duplicates.
-submit AVP second week of December to Ryan Redillas of Batch ‘98 for consolidation.
-Ryan’s email-ad - craitchey9(AT)yahoo(DOT)com
- Batch Presentation
-any presentation will do be it a song number, dance number, etc. just make sure that it will be a group presentation.
- max of 10 minutes per presentation.
*We are encouraging all batches to submit an AVP and prepare a batch presentation. Of course aside from the ball that we’re all looking forward to, these two will actually be the highlight of the night. These will also be the part of the program our former teachers are looking forward to.
- Food
-will look for concessionaire to provide merienda in the morning. If this is not possible, then it is recommended that each batch prepare its own merienda.
-as agreed, in the evening, every batch will prepare its own food to save on cost. Just make it simple and just right to ‘fill up’ every member of your batch and your guests (e.g. former teachers).
-each batch can have their beers or their cocktails (comment: or your wine spritzers, he he) Just make sure na uda pasaway. (comment: define ‘stern admonition’)
- Alumni Shirt
-different colors of shirt per batch with batch year printed (like a jersey #) at the back
-on a bargain hunt. Still looking for the cheapest with good quality shirt.
-encourage alumni to post design in website.
-some suggests to buy shirt in retailers where design+shirt printing (package) is inclusive of cost.
-estimated cost per shirt will be 100 to 120 to be collected by batch rep.
5. Registration Fee
- A registration fee of PhP100 will be collected during the event.
6. Adopt a batch
- As agreed upon in previous meeting, an older batch (’98-’03) whose members are assumed to be already working will adopt a younger batch whose members are still studying.
i.e. the upper batch members will pay the cost of 2 alumni shirt and may share their food with the members of the batch’s adopted alumni; that is to say, the upper batch will prepare food good for 2 batches.
- Other developments:
- Batch ‘07 members have agreed to shoulder the cost of their batch shirts and have decided to prepare their own food.
-With regards to the food, the other younger batches can opt to follow Batch ‘07’s example and prepare their own food; (comment: you can probably afford it
)
-With regards to the shirt, some members who were present suggested that it may be better if each of the alumni buys his/her own shirt instead of letting others shoulder the cost.
7. Solicitation Letter
- For the needed fund, the alumni are encouraged to get at least two solicitation letters.
- Solicitation letters are to be collected by batch reps and deposited to alumni association’s banck account (account info will be posted at the alumni website).
- In case you know people who may be interested in sponsoring the event (local businesses, local philanthropists, yourself, etc), please contact Judith Averilla or Roger Relucio of batch ‘98 or post a message in the alumni website or forum.
